Our Kaju Halwa is prepared following traditional desi methods passed down through generations. We begin by selecting high-quality cashew nuts (kaju), which are carefully cleaned and finely ground to create a smooth, rich paste.
This paste is slowly cooked in pure desi ghee over a gentle flame, just the way it is done in traditional halwa preparation. Pure sugar syrup is added gradually while the mixture is continuously stirred to ensure a soft, silky texture and to bring out the natural richness of cashews.
